Enrollment Fees:
*$195 plus tax to start the membership, covers all employees who join in the first thirty days of the membership
*After first thirty days, it is $195 plus tax for each employee that joins.
*New employees may join in the first thirty days of employment for no enrollment with documentation of start date.
There must be at least five primary members on the membership at all times to qualify for corporate rates. The company will receive one statement at the beginning of the month for the current month. The company needs to provide each employee with a letter authorizing their addition to be submitted to The Fitness Center at the time of sign- up.
