Free Spinning Classes

Spinning - 60 minute class
The spinning program is designed for all fitness levels and it is individually paced for non-competitive group training. Each participant is in control of his/her bike, therefore beginners and advanced riders can select their level of intensity.

Extreme Spinning - 60 minute class
Circuit spinning class including intervals of resistance weight training.

Spin Camp - 60 minute class
Spinning 30-45 minutes, plus 30 minutes of boot camp.

Spin Flex - 60 minute class
Spinning 30 minutes, plus 30 minutes of balance and flexibility exercises.

Spin Mix - 60 minute class
Any combination of spinning classes.

Spin Track - 60 minute class
Spinning 40 minutes, plus 20 minutes of track work inside or outside, must bring running shoes.

Members must reserve a bike in order to participate in the class.
Reservations can be made 48 hours in advance.

All new participants need to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class to allow the instructor to set- up your bike.
