Low-impact moves combined with step aerobics. 75 minute class

Cardio Low
Easy to follow low impact moves for the beginner to intermediate exerciser. Includes intervals of body sculpting, step, and strengthening exercises. 60 minute class

Cardio Pump
Includes weights, bands, lunges and abdominal work. This class is for all fitness levels. 60 minute class

Cardio Step
For those who love the challenge! This advance step workout is the perfect class for those who enjoy a variety of moves and regular change in choreography. 75 minute class.
